Monday: 4.5 treadmill miles
Tuesday: 4.1 prework miles mostly w/ Aaron
Wednesday: 6 miles (2 before group, 4 w/ group)
Thursday: 4 miles w/ Aaron and Kristin
Saturday: 8 miles w/ group
5 runs for 26+ miles. Maybe I'm back. Hoping to hit 30 this week. I'm not going to hit 100 for July -- although I could if I ran 6-7 miles Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday -- but at least I'll be close. August should be a pretty good month for running. I think there's only one group Saturday run I'll miss -- and I plan to make that up personally -- so we'll see.
