What I Ate Wednesday

Two weeks in a row! Just remember, I'm drinking water all day long.

Breakfast
nonfat triple latte (Starbucks)
blueberries
1/2 bagel with butter

Lunch
leftover grilled pork tenderloin
spinach salad
cherry cobbler yogurt
Diet Coke

Snack
giant, tasteless orange
Pink Grapefruit Perrier

Snack
chocolate brownie Clif Kids bar

Dinner
a couple of Miller Lites
wings + pizza

A pretty standard Wednesday for me with the post-run beers/wings/pizza.
