- Breakfast: chocolate Cream of Wheat, pink grapefruit Perrier (so fancy), a little coffee with half-and-half
 - Snack: banana
 - Lunch: leftover grilled pork tenderloin, salad, strawberries, yogurt, Diet Coke
 - Snack: puppy chow
 - Pre-Run Snack: chocolate brownie Clif Kids bar
 - Dinner: two pieces of sausage-green peppers pizza, 3 or 4 wings, 3 Miller Lites
 
I think that covers the day! Pretty sugary.
