Best laid plans

Last week was a disaster as far as working out goes:

Monday: 1-mile walk + 45-minute exercise prescription (1 set of the full strength routine)
Tuesday: 1 6-mile easy run
Wednesday: 6-mile tempo run
Thursday: 45-minute strength routine (2 sets of the full routine, 3 sets for abs)

We had every intention of running in Durham, but a 4am bedtime on Friday and Saturday nights (or should I say Saturday and Sunday mornings) prevented that. And that's fine because we ate so well. Oh wait. Nevermind.

This week's plan:

Monday: strength routine + run (TBD, maybe easy or maybe mile repeats)
Tuesday: yoga + short easy run
Wednesday: 6-mile easy run
Thursday: strength routine
Friday: rest or easy run
Saturday: 12-mile run
Sunday: rest or maybe strength

The plan is solid, but will the execution be?
