Last week was a low-mileage week!
4-mile trail run
Friday - Sunday:
That's just 18 miles for the week with one cross-training activity. Not exactly a stellar week (there easily should have been a 4- to 6-mile run Saturday morning). Maybe not having a training goal isn't such a good thing.
This week's plan:
6-mile tempo run
3- to 4-mile run
strength-train at lunch
off or walk/hike
5.5-mile run (Akron Marathon Relay)
trail run, at least 4 miles, but closer to 7 would be better
So definitely 20+ for week, but nothing exciting for this week either. Oh well. It's active.
