2012 isn't starting out so well. I'm still sick, and in trying to rest and recover, I haven't run since Monday or done anything else since Tuesday's yoga class. I brought my stuff for the gym after work, but right now, I'm not feeling it.
I'd like to run 4 miles tomorrow and 7 miles on Sunday. I don't know if that's overly ambitious. I thought about running a couple of miles after work at the gym, on the track so I don't know how fast I'm going.
Hmmm... my 1,000-mile goal for 2012 is off to a shitty start.
