Achieved! I ran 60.73 miles in April.
Unfortunately a lot of those are junk miles. I have my 10k in 2ish week (eek!), and I'm afraid of how slow I'll be. My goals for May need to be fewer junk miles. I have to force myself to do tempo and speed runs. How else will I improve?
Now, time to clean up and get back to work. Then packing/loading for WKRP -- third rally of the season!
