I need to get in 6.6 more miles this month for my 50-mile goal. I think I can do it, especially if tomorrow pans out the way I've planned. Tonight is yoga, followed by a short 2-mile run at Sand Run on the way home (I don't know if I'm properly prepared, so it may be 2 miles in the gym). Tomorrow should be a longer -- maybe 6 miles?! -- run after work at Sand Run. Thursday, I'll finish up the month, hopefully with just a short, shake-out-the-legs run.
I am so sick of sub40 temperatures. ALL THE TIME.
