The frog is dead

So The WB killed the frog, but is this really any better? Yeah, I'm so much more attracted to the network now. They're stupid. Try not having stupid shows -- like that damn Fran show and KILL Seventh Heaven -- and employ interesting marketing techniques for shows that cross ages (like Gilmore). Oh, and ditch Smallville. You all made that lame a long time ago.

And I'm inclined to agree with The Globe and Mail: this cosmetic surgery doesn't work. None of the new shows look any good. It's scary when One Tree Hill looks like the second-best show on the network -- and Charmed is #3. Oh, so time for Charmed to be nixed. I really don't want to see Alyssa Milano as a 50-year-old in pasties.

But The WB has Gilmore, one of the best shows on TV, period. Therefore, I will watch. But I won't watch that Melanie Griffith show.
