**This was my last marathon training recap -- and I didn't even finish it. **
This is a down week, and it's probably necessary. I have 39 miles, a 13-miler and a 14-miler on the schedule.
Monday: Off
After 20 miles on Friday, 4 on Saturday and 5 on Sunday, I figured a rest day is not a bad thing.
Distance: 3 miles, trails
Time & Pace: 32 minutes
Shoes: Brooks PureFlow 2
I didn't feel great, but I got a few short miles in before starting my work day from Virginia. I knew I would run that far during the running store's group run (5 or 6), but 8 for the day is ideal.
