And lots of other stuff. I ran almost 100 miles, hit my regular yoga class a few times and generally did okay with 16 runs for 98+ miles and four yoga classes.
October should be a good month, too:
- NSP scooter rally
- 555 ride
- 5-mile trail race
- My birthday
As far as fitness, just going to keep doing what I'm doing -- try to up the weekly mileage and hit 30 regularly by the end of the month and get a little more consistent with strength-training and yoga. It's all good.
