Review: Gone Girl

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

I started this book last week - and read about 60% of it yesterday. Once the story really got started, I was hooked. I really enjoyed the characters, even if I didn't like them very much. I prefer when people aren't clearly good or bad because that's not very realistic. There are some plot devices and plot twists that worked for me.

I enjoyed this book so much that I read other reviews of it, particularly the ones who hated the book. All I could really see is that they didn't like the people and could feel no empathy for people they don't identify with.
