Slugging along


I feel like everyone is having these awesome training runs, and I'm just slugging along. Last week's sad workouts:

Monday: slug
Tuesday: 5-mile interval run (this was a good one, though)
Wednesday: 6-mile run (decent)
Thursday: slug
Friday: 10-mile run (awful)
Saturday: slug
Sunday: slug

More slugs that working out. Not good. This week's plan:

Monday: 5-mile inveral run
Tuesday: yoga
Wednesday: 6-mile run
Thursday: 3- to 4-mile run + strength
Friday: off
Saturday: 12-mile run
Sunday: off or short recovery run/walk/hike
