Dirty Secret: A Daughter Comes Clean About Her Mother's Compulsive Hoarding by
Jessie Sholl
My rating:
3 of 5 stars
Well-written. I liked how the author focused on how her mother's hoarding affected her life and didn't just relay gross stories. The research snippets were helpful, and I'd never thought about the stigma. Interesting story even if the ending leaves things a bit unsettled -- but that's life, I suppose.
