My speed is falling, and I can't get it up! Seriously, it's really annoying. Prior to the HM training, I was able to use a weekly-ish treadmill run to work solely on speed. It seemed to work, so I could insert another run (treadmill) to work on speed (or I could switch one of my runs to be on the treadmill for speed).
Or I could set up my damn Garmin to alert me for intervals and do those one of my runs. It's frustrating - all I'm doing are easy runs or long runs. Too much just trying to cover the distance.
I am pathetic. No grit. No ability to just push through. Argh!
