- Breakfast: English muffin with sunflower butter and blackberry preserves, coffee, water
- Snack: banana, water, almonds
- Lunch: Santa Fe turkey breast, super-hot pepper cheese, arugula/spinach and mustard on whole wheat; popcorn; orange; water; Diet Sun Drop
Lots and lots of water. Like normal.
And look - fruit, twice before 1 pm. Possibly an afternoon snack (apple or granola bar), and dinner will be steak, corn and arugula/spinach salad. Diet is back to normal. (I can't promise that I won't snack on some more popcorn, though. I love the stuff.)
I should also take my vitamins right now.
