I just signed up for another 5k, so the first two Saturdays of April will be 5ks. Kind of exciting, huh? I need to start hitting the road a littler harder. I ran outside after work yesterday, which was both nice and freakin' cold. Tomorrow morning is a speed workout. It's time to start pushing myself. If I can run 11-minute miles outside on a snowy, icy, slushy, muddy trail, then I can do way better on the treadmill.
SO GLAD that spring is coming. Running outside is so much more appealing!
