I'm hoping this month shows more improvement in my running. 100+ miles and maybe some speed improvements? I have a couple of races scheduled for fun (can 10-mile races be considered fun?), and maybe we will some regular yoga! Specific goals:
4 runs/week (16 total)
1 yoga/week (4 total)
1 strength/week (4 total)
Nothing crazy here, so let's cross our fingers that I'll actually do it!
I also have at least one race (RunCbus 10-miler) scheduled, and it's looking likely that I'll do the Cleveland 10-Miler with some of my running group. I've never done a 10-mile race, so I'm curious to see how I like them. Shorter than a half, but requires training - so that's appealing.
