I'm running 15 miles in the next two days. We'll see how that goes. With yesterday and today off, I should be good for tomorrow. I'm hoping that I can get in an ice bath tomorrow - that should help refresh me for Sunday's race.
(I realize that I should be in better shape than this.)
I'm feeling slightly discouraged today, but I'm feeling that way about everything so... back to my to-do list. Crossing things off might perk me up.
