Eden Close by
Anita ShreveMy rating:
3 of 5 starsThis book was strange. The first half was really, really slow, but the story was interesting enough that I kept going. The second half moved more quickly, but I grew to hate the protagonist.
There's a twist - that is fairly easy to figure out - and it just makes the protagonist's actions more suspect and just kind of icky.
Given the subjects addressed, the book wraps up too neatly and hurts the realism of the story.
