Recovering

So I had my surgery today. I guess it went well. The doctor put a plate in instead of a screw; he said it would be more stable. When I came to, I felt like I was drunk. I miss that feeling.

The pain is worse than I anticipated. I am definitely taking advantage of the Vicodin prescribed to me. After a dinner of pizza and an IPA, I am sitting here, watching Heathers and having a glass of water. I hope that I can sleep tonight...
