Me, eating a vegan meal? Yeah, this is where we went to dinner tonight, and I was the ass who needed a fork, who had never had sake before, who wasn't all that inclined to eat there. It was actually OK. I liked my entree -- rice soboro bowl, which was a yummy rice with green beans and tofu, but I didn't eat the yucky mushrooms -- but the appetizers were a bit much for me. The yuba was good, as were the green beans. I ate one tempura mushroom, and it was vaguely OK.
But the topper? This awesome chocolate mousse (tofu, of course) that wasn't even on the menu yet. Oh, and the shaved ice was tasty, too.
